New Transport Minister Ben Martins and three deputy ministers will take the oath of office at Tuynhuys in Cape Town on Wednesday, the presidency said.

Martins and deputy ministers Sindisiwe Chikunga, Mduduzi Manana and Gratitude Magwanishe will be sworn into their portfolios of transport, higher education and public enterprises respectively.
Ministers and deputy ministers who were taking up new portfolios did not have to be sworn in. They would however sign a reaffirmation of the oath of office.
Reshuffle
President Jacob Zuma announced a Cabinet reshuffle on Tuesday.
The Cabinet reshuffle saw Transport Minister Sibusiso Ndebele being moved to the correctional services portfolio. He was replaced by Martins the former public enterprises deputy minister.
Former defence minister Lindiwe Sisulu would now run public service and administration, replacing Roy Padayachie who died last month.
Sisulu was succeeded by Correctional Services Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula.
Zuma then also appointed several deputy ministers.
Chikunga was appointed to the transport department whilst Magwanishe would be the new public enterprises deputy minister.
Jeremy Cronin would be the new public works deputy minister, Hlengiwe Mkhize deputy minister for economic development, and Manana the new deputy minister for higher education.
