If you are having trouble with logging in and you are sure that your account has been activated,then the following explanation may help:
1: Open your Internet Explorer window (the
screen you open to surf the internet)
2: Click the top of the window where it says "Tools"
3: Choose "Internet Options"
4: Then select the "Privacy" Option/Tab
5: There is a Bar on
the side and next to it, this should read "High","Medium", "Low", "Block
6: Slide it to either "Low" or "Accept all cookies"
